As partners in your child's educational journey, we believe in fostering a culture of consideration and mutual respect within our school community. To ensure a harmonious and supportive environment for all, we kindly request your attention to the following guidelines:
Attendance and Leave: Please refrain from sending your child to school with half-day leave for any reason. If your child is unwell, it is advisable to ensure they receive proper care and rest at home. For other miscellaneous reasons such as home functions, marriages, birthdays, etc., please prioritize and make appropriate decisions. Avoid scheduling social engagements or medical appointments during working hours.
Early Departures: Under no circumstances will a child be allowed to leave school premises once they have attended school for the day. Requests or applications for early departure will not be entertained, and the child will be marked absent if forced to leave during the day.
Health and Safety: If a child falls ill or gets injured while at school, parents will be informed immediately. Parents will be allowed to collect their ward from school for further care and action.
Respect for School and Teachers: Students who show respect for the school and teachers tend to excel academically and personally. We kindly request parents to refrain from criticizing the school or teachers in the presence of their child. If you have any legitimate complaints, please address them directly with the Principal/HM/Administrator.
Birthday Celebrations: Birthday celebrations at school should be modest and confined to the child's classmates only. Children are permitted to bring inexpensive chocolates or toffees (costing Re 1/-) to distribute. Costly chocolates and cakes are strictly prohibited in class or on the bus. Pre-primary and primary students may come in casual dress on their birthdays, while students from VI to VIII should report to school in uniform. Watches and jewelry should not be worn.
Gifts for Staff Members: Please refrain from sending gifts or sweets for staff members on any occasion.
English Language Encouragement: Encourage your child to speak in English at home and provide them with an environment conducive to improving their spoken English skills.
Your cooperation in adhering to these considerations is greatly appreciated. Together, we can create a nurturing and supportive environment where every child can thrive academically and personally.
