Safety and Security Guidelines for Parents/Guardians 

1. Personal Escort for Students: Parents are requested to personally see off and receive their wards at the bus stop, especially for students in Classes Pre-Nursery to V. This helps ensure the safety of our students during transportation.
2. School Visits: When visiting the school premises on working days or during Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs), parents must carry their school ID card. Entry may be restricted without it.
3. Emergency Procedures: Parents are requested not to collect their wards during school hours except in cases of emergency. In such situations, the parent or an authorized person must come in person with a written application. Additionally, the parent must convey the message telephonically to the concerned In-charge.
4. Safety Protocols for Personal Conveyance: Students using personal conveyance (Two Wheelers) must wear helmets and carry a license. They are only allowed to ride 50cc bikes as per the notification of the Traffic Police Department. Safety and security in such cases are the sole responsibility of the parents.
5. Code of Conduct: Parents are encouraged to motivate their children to maintain proper conduct at all times. Any misbehavior, indiscipline, or damage to school property may lead to serious consequences, including disciplinary action.
6. Prohibited Items: Sharp objects such as blades, knives, scissors, needles, and electronic gadgets (e.g., mobiles, iPods, play stations) are not permitted inside the school premises. Posting derogatory remarks or obscene pictures on social media will result in severe disciplinary action.
7. Alcohol and Tobacco Prohibition: Possession and consumption of alcohol, cigarettes, tobacco products, or any other form of intoxicating/illegal substance are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate expulsion from school.
8. Food Suggestions: Parents are advised to send healthy, hygienic vegetarian food with their children. Non-vegetarian food should be avoided to prevent drowsiness and potential food poisoning.
9. School Bag Packing: Parents must ensure that their wards pack their school bags carefully for the day. No items such as lunch boxes, pencil boxes, books, activity materials, or musical instruments will be allowed entry into the school after the school begins.
