Responsibilities for Parents/Guardians

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We believe that fostering a sense of responsibility among our students starts with the support and cooperation of parents/guardians. To ensure the well-being and smooth functioning of our school, we kindly request your attention to the following responsibilities:

  1. Labeling Belongings: Please ensure that all belongings of your child are clearly marked with their name, admission number, class, and section. This helps in avoiding misplacement and facilitates easy identification.
  2. Reviewing Notebooks: We encourage you to spend quality time going through your child's notebooks, especially on weekends. This allows you to stay informed about their academic progress and provide necessary guidance and support.
  3. Attendance and Leave: Taking leave during working days is strongly discouraged. Parents are responsible for ensuring that their child makes up for any missed studies. We expect these students to catch up with the class in every aspect, and it is the responsibility of parents to ensure this.
  4. Valuables: Please ensure that your child does not bring any valuable articles to school. While the school will make efforts to trace lost items, we cannot be held responsible for their loss.
  5. Prohibited Items: The school strictly prohibits the use of gifts and valuable articles such as gold or diamond jewelry, facial makeup, mehndi, body art (tattoos), etc. Hair clips and bands should be in bottle green color only. Application of mehndi should be restricted to the inner side of the palm with prior permission.
  6. Uniform Compliance: Parents are responsible for ensuring that their wards attend school in neat and well-ironed complete uniform. Boys should have a short and decent haircut, while girls should have plaits or ponytails as appropriate. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action.
  7. Money Management: Please refrain from providing extra money to your wards. Any extra money found in their possession will be confiscated.
We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to these responsibilities. By working together, we can create a conducive learning environment for our students.
